There is a great cross-country skiing & snowshoeing facility on the 125-acer property of Timber Creek Condominiums. The cross-country skiing trails are accessed at the Sugarhouse Recreation Facility.

- There are 14 km of groomed trails for classic and skating xc skiing.
- There are parallel trails for snowshoeing.
- Cross country ski lessons and xc ski rental equipment available.
- Directly across from the Mt. Snow N access road, Timber Creek offers a choice of adventures on a meandering trail system on forested hills or atop high Green Mountain ridges.
