Windows

• Close drapes
• Pull down blinds

• Turn down the temperature of both thermostats (main floor at kitchen; lower level at stairwell) to 60º using down arrow button on left side of wall thermostat

• Remove all perishable food from the refrigerator

• Empty trash bin & insert a clean plastic bag liner
• Take trash to Trash Dumpster

• Turn off all lights

• Flush all toilets before turning off water supply
• Open doors of vanity
• Leave bathroom door ajar

• Be sure fire is extinguished
• Put all ashes into metal bucket and place on front porch
• Close the fireplace damper: Pull forward using poker
• Close doors of fireplace

• Open one of doors under the sink

• Leave door to Foyer open

• Leave door to Utility Room and Laundry Room open
